I have attended many STOTT PILATES® workshops delivered by Kelley Berting. Kelley is an exceptional trainer who creates a very positive, welcoming, inclusive and fun learning environment for everyone. Her sessions flow at a pace demonstrating good time management and flexibility for the different levels of participant training and experience in STOTT PILATES. Her training approach focuses on creating an environment tailored for diverse learning styles including demonstration of the exercises; experiential learning through individual practice of the exercises; and welcoming questions to enhance all participants’ learning and practical application of the content. I have attended other STOTT PILATES training sessions delivered by National trainers. Kelley provides comparable high quality workshops demonstrated by her passion, knowledge, skills and competence. It is wonderful that we have a highly qualified STOTT PILATES Trainer in the Province of Saskatchewan.

Kelley is an amazing teacher! She always finds a way to challenge her students with new and exciting exercises and modifications to the well loved basics. I love going to class because I know she will make corrections and modify for previous injuries or changes for specific body types! Thanks Kelley I appreciate you and Pilates on the Prairies!

I never ever thought I would do something like pilates. Kelley introduced me to this new workout and I enjoyed it for two years every week. I don’t think I would have enjoyed it if it wasn’t for this excellent passionate instructor Kelley Berting. I promise to join again when the time is right. I’ve been attending Kelley’s online Pilates classes since the spring of 2020. As someone who had minimal Pilates experience at the time, I was nervous at first about attending an online Pilates class. However, Kelley quickly put me at ease with her clear instruction, helpful cues, and suggestions for modifications whether you are beginner or advanced.
Kelley’s classes always incorporate a wide range of movements, and she varies them regularly to keep things fun and interesting! She takes care to explain the purpose of the movements which not only helps me to perform them better but also to understand how they can be used to complement my other forms of fitness such as running and rowing.
Thanks to Kelley and her classes, my overall health and fitness has been improved with more strength, better mobility, and greater flexibility.
