Kelley participated in her first STOTT PILATES® class in 2004. She was dealing with a shoulder and back injury and was looking for an alternative method to heal her body. Kelley fell in love with the STOTT PILATES® method of training and began her journey to become a STOTT PILATES® instructor in 2006.

In 2008 (after two years of taking courses, teaching and a lot of studying) she was successful in obtaining her full certification in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels. With a strong desire to motivate and educate others, Kelley was nominated to become a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer for Mat and Reformer in 2009. In 2015 she completed the Instructor Trainer course for Cadillac, Chair & Barrels and in 2017 became an Instructor Trainer for ZEN•GA®.  Kelley has most recently (2020) obtained her Instructor Trainer Certification in Injuries and Special Populations (ISP).  She is also certified in Total Barre® and Merrithew™ Fascial Movement.

Kelley loves to learn and sets a strong example by completing her required continuing education credits on an annual basis.

Kelley currently teaches clients in person and virtually and is responsible for teaching STOTT PILATES® courses and workshops in the province of Saskatchewan.

Kelley has a background in dance, sport and fitness. She is a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Canadian Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED instructor, graduate of the Saskatchewan Police College and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Saskatchewan.  She is also a part-time University of Regina student, currently working towards her second degree in Kinesiology.

In 2024, Kelley completed a 25-year policing career. She now works full-time as a Pilates instructor.
